FABRIC
All of our products are handmade. Our shop puts in every effort to align all patterns. There will be slight differences in fabric cuts.
REFUNDS/RETURNS/EXCHANGE
All sales are final. Unfortunately due to COVID, we cannot accept returns at this time. For any exchanges, please contact us within 3 days past delivery date. All bonnets must be returned unworn, free of fragrance, hair and other debris/particles. Please don't hesitate to contact us about your order. We will update our website once we return back to our regular policy.
SHIPPING POLICY
All orders usually ship within 4-5 business days unless otherwise stated. For larger orders, processing times may vary. All orders from the USA are shipped via USPS, FedEx or UPS and may arrive within 1-5 business days depending on shipment option selected. Estimated delivery date is not always guaranteed. Inclement weather, holidays and other unforeseen factors may affect delivery time. If you have other shipping needs, feel free to contact us.
Once orders are shipped, please contact the shipping carrier for any inquiries. We do not provide shipping services, therefore we cannot answer any questions about packages once in the possession of the shipping carrier.
For orders outside the USA, the buyer will be responsible for all duties and taxes applicable to recipient's country. Duties and taxes are not included in price of products and shipping costs. Orders are shipped via DHL, UPS & USPS international. Shipment costs varies.
PRIVACY
All information is used to fulfill orders and communicate with our members and customers. We do not share or sell customer information to third parties.
